📋 Description

• Write high volumes of content across the full channel mix: social posts and carousels, emails and approved email copy, ads and banners, landing pages and web content, brochures and leaflets, sales aids and e-detailing presentations (CLM/IVA), video and reel scripts, newsletters • Flex between audiences — veterinarians and clinic teams, livestock producers and pet owners — switching from science-backed clinical copy to warm, emotional narratives without losing accuracy • Turn briefs, master assets and source scientific materials into crisp, channel-native copy; transcreate and localize global masters for regional markets • Produce claims-safe copy, properly referenced, and work through structured rounds of medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review, delivering submission-ready files in a Veeva PromoMats environment • Maintain brand voice, consistent terminology and glossaries across dozens of assets per month, meeting agreed SLAs without sacrificing writing quality • Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team; give and receive structured feedback quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years writing content and copy for brands, including proven experience in pharmaceutical or regulated health industries — animal health preferred; human pharma also acceptable • A solid, real-world understanding of animals: pets and/or livestock • Comfortable writing about parasiticides, vaccines, nutrition, preventive care and herd health • A portfolio demonstrating multichannel range: social, email, long-form, scripts • Proven capacity for volume: multiple assets per week, disciplined versioning, structured feedback loops • Familiarity with claims substantiation and MLR review; experience with Veeva PromoMats is a strong plus • Native English (Canadian/U.S. conventions and cultural fluency) • Spanish or Canadian French is a plus
