📋 Description

• Assist in managing all aspects of medical publications projects from inception to completion. • Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams, interfacing with each department within the company. • Meet client and management expectations and establish strong faculty relationships. • Ensure programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters. • Responsible for budget development, maintenance, and reconciliation. • Manage external suppliers and keep programs on time and focused on primary objectives. • Provide ongoing updates to internal team members and client contact(s). • Resource management and training of new account team members as required.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required. • One to three years of relevant project management experience in a medical publications environment is required. • Candidates must have the ability to grasp and retain scientific information. • Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Candidates must have experience with publication management platforms, such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.
