📋 Description

• Collaborate with Dr. Neil Love and the RTP scientific team to develop CME programs covering oncology and hematology topics • Design and execute CME program elements, including gap analysis, agendas, learning objectives, educational formats, and outcomes plans • Ensure alignment with RTP’s style, tone, and scientific standards • Write and review educational materials for accuracy, balance, and ACCME compliance • Manage live programs, including faculty development and selection, faculty interfacing, slide-set development, educational development, outcomes assessment, and CME information • Analyze assessment data and prepare presentations summarizing outcomes and insights for executive leadership • Manage 1–2 junior-level scientific staff

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MS) required • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in medical communications, CME, or a related field, preferably with oncology focus • Demonstrated expertise in clinical oncology and ability to interpret complex clinical data • Experience conducting needs assessments, developing learning objectives, and writing CME content • Strong understanding of ACCME standards, FDA regulations, and PhRMA Code • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment with multiple ongoing projects • Willingness and ability to travel five times per year to major scientific conferences
