📋 Description

• Oversee daily line management responsibilities for the assigned clinical operations team • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and professional development support • Manage effective resourcing, alignment, training, and technical development for staff • Collaborate with senior management and executive staff on strategic planning and business development • Serve as escalation point for performance concerns and training needs • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees • Maintain staff CVs, training records, position profiles, and experience profiles • Support local resourcing and project/functional lead allocation activities • Escalate issues that may affect project deliverables • Deliver training on WPDs, SOPs, local requirements, and clinical operations topics • Participate in process improvement and development initiatives • Facilitate the risk-based monitoring approach • Alert management to quality issues and request QA audits when appropriate • Review CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity systems to evaluate employee and project metrics, KPIs, and project status • Evaluate staff work and conduct PAVs remotely or on-site when applicable • Manage hiring, performance management, professional development, corrective action, terminations, time records, expenses, leave, and overtime

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Comparable experience of 0 to 5 years • 1+ year of leadership responsibility • Knowledge of clinical operations and monitoring modalities/environments • Experience with Working Practice Documents (WPDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Ability to deliver training and identify training gaps • Ability to facilitate risk-based monitoring • Ability to manage quality issues and support QA audits and audit responses • Experience reviewing CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity systems and evaluating metrics, KPIs, and project status • Ability to conduct PAVs remotely or on-site • Ability to perform interviewing, selection, performance management, coaching, mentoring, employee counseling, and separations • Ability to review and approve time records, expense reports, leave requests, and overtime • Frequent domestic and international travel • Must be able to drive to site locations
