📋 Description

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models using transformer architectures • Implement robust, production-quality code using PyTorch or TensorFlow • Design and build RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar technologies • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver NLP solutions • Optimize model performance and scalability in production while ensuring reliability and efficiency • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance NLP models deployed in production • Stay current on advancements in NLP and machine learning and apply best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience developing NLP models • Solid understanding of language modeling and transformer architectures • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ • Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow • Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar web frameworks • Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Crew AI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • PhD in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is helpful for standing out • Industry experience in Artificial Intelligence projects is helpful for standing out • Track record of publishing scientific papers in top conferences and journals is helpful for standing out • Experience with distributed training and low-rank adaptation • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with deep learning, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
