📋 Description
• Manage and develop a team of Outreach Community Partners across active US markets • Own participant recruitment pipeline and drive team performance • Partner with stakeholders to ensure participant supply meets project demand • Assign markets/projects based on individual strengths and priorities • Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment • Drive outreach across multiple channels and identify demographic gaps • Maintain and report team performance records and pipeline updates • Lead onboarding of new team members with tools and training
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English — required for all team and stakeholder communication • Professional written and verbal communication; represents Centific credibly across all levels • 2+ years direct people management with a track record of coaching and driving results • 3+ years in recruitment, community outreach, or talent acquisition with a record of hitting pipeline targets • Strong team-building skills; able to unify a distributed, diverse team • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel); comfortable with digital outreach platforms and open to AI-assisted tools • Creative problem solver who navigates ambiguity and decides under time pressure.
