• Manage client relationships and ensure on-time delivery of program objectives • Coordinate and manage programs by monitoring project status, timelines, budgets, and alignment with program goals • Act as primary liaison between clients, Business Development, project teams, and Laboratory Operations • Facilitate information flow between all parties • Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations and financial commitments • Negotiate and make real-time decisions with clients • Drive compliance with company and project management standards across departments • Provide internal consulting on project management issues • Identify process and efficiency improvement opportunities • Act as chief liaison to operational personnel of major clients and manage large study programs • Facilitate routine client-facing and internal meetings • Coordinate client visits with Business Development and Lab Operations management • Support and lead the program governance model • Oversee complex stability launch coordination • Manage FTE project setup, monitoring, and completion • Prioritize client projects • Establish and distribute project status trackers and review outputs to ensure deliverables are met • Evaluate and escalate risks across projects and solicit feedback • Prepare projections and forecasts for large FTE programs, monitor budgets and utilization targets, and adjust forecasts or priorities weekly • Communicate FTE utilization and spend • Manage contract processes and client project contract renewals with Business Development and stakeholders • Drive new opportunities from existing clients • Train and support Program Manager I and Program Manager II • Respond to client inquiries and lead client communications • Manage client expectations and program deliverables in collaboration with Laboratory Operations management
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • 7+ years of comparable experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Strong science and/or business acumen • Project Management experience in a GMP environment strongly preferred • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills • Proven analytical skills • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment • Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management • Strong client relationship management skills • Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced undefined environment • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people • Ability to work upright and stationary and/or stand for typical working hours • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds • Ability to work in non-traditional work environments • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency • May have exposure to potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents, in healthcare or laboratory environments • Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
