• Lead cross-functional project core teams, conduct regular project meetings, capture action items, supervise assigned deliverables, develop and maintain project schedules, and provide updates and reports to senior leadership • Work closely with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing Sciences, and Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and other functional partners to develop high quality products that meet customer needs and regulatory guidelines • Collaborate with Finance and other business functions to develop project financial models and ensure positive return on investment • Maintain clear communication lines across all teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and achievements to executives, while resolving barriers to execution and facilitating decision making to ensure timely completion • Identify potential risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies to maintain compliance, product quality, and project execution • Identify and champion opportunities for improvement in day-to-day processes, operating mechanisms, and procedures
• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), preferably in life sciences or engineering • Demonstrated experience leading teams without direct authority • 4 years experience in developing life-science products under design control, using a standard stage-gate process from conceptualization to launch; medical device and clinical experience highly preferred • Experience developing RUO and IVD assays, including clinical study performance, preferred • PMP certification is a plus
