• Lead multiple global studies and implement strategy/driving delivery • Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies • Communicate with study team, ensuring requirements are met • Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as appropriate • Track metrics and build progress reports on enrollment targets • Coordinate the quality and performance of third-party providers • Collaborate with the Patient Population Science team for diversity plans
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Previous patient recruitment management experience (comparable to 5 years) • Knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Analytical approach to collect, analyze, and interpret data • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws • Proficiency in project management tools and software
