📋 Description

• Prepare and teach online math classes for Preschool to Kindergarten students weekly • Thoroughly understand math concepts and prepare lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate math classes • Participate in paid teaching assistant work by attending classes and learning from experienced lead teachers' teaching methods • Conduct trial lessons with new students to help them enroll in the correct classes • Grade homework and communicate with parents weekly about students' learning progress and areas for improvement • Perform other work assigned by the teaching management team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; all majors are welcome though Education or STEM-related majors are preferred! • Prior math teaching experience is a plus • High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic with the ability to engage and excite children effectively! • Availability and willingness to work from Thursday to Sunday • Passionate about teaching, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents • A stable computer, reliable internet and timely communication • Weekend required
