📋 Description

• Teach mathematics to students from Pre-K through Middle School • Actively engage and manage classrooms of up to 16 students • Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy's curriculum and teaching guidance • Grade homework and provide essential teaching-related services • Communicate with students and parents, offering timely and personalized feedback • Work 15–20 hours per week, primarily during weekends and weekday afternoons

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors welcome if passionate about kids and math teaching • Candidates still pursuing or in progress of obtaining a Bachelor's degree are eligible to apply • Education or STEM-related majors preferred • Prior math teaching experience is not required, but is a plus • Passion for teaching and the education industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly responsible and enjoys working with kids • Commitment to at least one whole semester of teaching • Availability and willingness to work during weekday evenings and weekends

• $40/hr teaching fee + $20/hr non-teaching fee • Target commission based on student retention
