📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding projects from sales handoff through launch and transition to ongoing support • Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Client Success, Configuration, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders • Drive accountability, resolve roadblocks, and keep onboarding milestones on track • Track completion of required launch activities and materials • Maintain project timelines, dependencies, and status visibility across concurrent launches • Ensure readiness for client kickoff, implementation, training, and post-launch activities • Provide launch status updates to leadership and raise red flags when necessary • Track project status accurately in internal systems and tools • Identify risks, blockers, and delays; escalate and facilitate timely decisions • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client onboarding experience and recommend process improvements • Deliver client onboardings on time with minimal execution gaps • Improve sales-to-client-success handoffs, onboarding efficiency, and scalability • Report to the VP of Client Success

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Client Onboarding, or similar roles • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Proven ability to drive execution and accountability without direct authority • Preferred: SaaS, client implementation, or client success experience • Preferred: Experience using project or workflow management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM or customer success systems such as Salesforce or Totango • Successful completion of a background check
