📋 Description

• Utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform • Ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform • Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM & HRSD • Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools • Certified System Administrator preferred • Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred • Five years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum) • Strong presentation skills • Strong project and situational awareness • Strong communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong customer service skills • Self-starter
