âą Lead end-to-end governance for large-scale Intelligent Operations transformation programs, often spanning multiple workstreams and multiple years âą Manage program interdependencies, risks, milestones, and executive stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams âą Lead blended delivery teams consisting of architects, developers, process owners, and change management leads âą Drive organizational change management strategy to support platform adoption, value realization, and sustained platform hygiene âą Translate business capability gaps into prioritized platform investments and transformation roadmaps âą Build, maintain, and communicate executive-level business cases for Intelligent Operations initiatives âą Manage program financials, forecasts, and value tracking to ensure delivery against business objectives âą Deliver steering committee updates, KPI and OKR reporting, and executive-level risk escalations âą Partner with CIO, CHRO, CFO, and business unit leaders to align Intelligent Operations capabilities with enterprise priorities âą Ensure transformation outcomes are tied to measurable business results, operational maturity, and long-term platform sustainability âą Identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts and engagements by aligning delivered outcomes to emerging business priorities âą Partner with account and sales leaders to grow the book of business through trusted advisory relationships, successful delivery, and demonstrated client value âą Support business development efforts within existing customers, including shaping follow-on work, contributing to account strategy, and helping position additional Intelligent Operations capabilities âą Create executive confidence that enables AHEAD to sell from within through strong delivery performance, strategic insight, and measurable transformation outcomes
âą 10+ years of experience leading enterprise IT, digital transformation, or large-scale platform programs âą Demonstrated success leading Intelligent Operations or comparable enterprise transformation initiatives within Fortune 500 organizations or environments of similar scale and complexity âą Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and at least three core product lines âą Strong understanding of enterprise operating models spanning observability, service management, and automation âą Proven experience leading organizational change management and business transformation initiatives âą Strong commercial and financial acumen, including program forecasting, business case development, value realization tracking, and growth planning within existing accounts âą Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders âą Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and navigate complex enterprise governance structures âą Proven ability to identify, shape, and expand follow-on opportunities within existing customer relationships and active engagements âą Experience partnering with account teams and sales leaders to drive business development, deepen client relationships, and grow the book of business through successful delivery âą Demonstrated ability to connect delivery outcomes to commercial growth by earning client trust and uncovering additional transformation needs âą PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification preferred
