📋 Description

• Utilize extensive business process expertise and experience to design and define customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. • Drive a collaborative team leading and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects. • Focus on design and delivery of value-added integration and consultative services in the area of Enterprise solutions, designing, deploying and integrating various product sets. • Expectation of at least 25% travel.

🎯 Requirements

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform. • Business process expertise on at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform. • Recognized expertise in own area within the organization. • Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite. • Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools. • Strong presentation skills. • Strong project and situational awareness. • Strong communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Self-starter. • Able to travel of at least 25%.
