📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day activities of BRG's Corporate Finance –Transaction Advisory client service teams • Collaborate with TA and BRG experts to achieve engagement objectives • Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables • Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity • Work on buy and sell side diligence engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field • 3+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment • Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (particularly in Excel) • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong problem solving and project management skills • CFA, CPA (or equivalent), or technical/GAAP accounting expertise is a plus • Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
