📋 Description
• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Focus on client care while the team handles scheduling, billing, insurance, and credentialing • Build and manage a diverse caseload through the referral network • Practice independently with full clinical autonomy, own caseload, and treatment approach • Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Develop effective, personalized treatment plans • Work alongside clients to achieve their goals • Apply knowledge of mental health diagnoses
🎯 Requirements
• Valid, active LCSW-C or LCPC license in good standing in Maryland • Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Professional Counseling • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Spanish proficiency preferred • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
