📋 Description
• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists • Guide and mentor emerging therapists providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Provide supervision as associates accumulate clinical hours required for full licensure • Conduct thorough supervision and mentoring • Collaborate with associates to help them achieve their professional goals • Help shape a supportive, collaborative practice culture • Support the availability of mental health services for Medicaid patients
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Social Work OR LMHC • Valid LCSW OR LMHC license in good standing in Florida • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • Collaborative approach to working alongside associates • Skill in conducting thorough supervision and mentoring
