📋 Description

• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists • Guide and mentor emerging therapists • Provide supervision while associates deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community • Support associates as they accumulate clinical hours required for full licensure • Conduct thorough supervision and mentoring • Collaborate with associates to help them achieve their goals • Help shape a supportive, collaborative practice culture • Guide future therapists through the licensure process

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work • Valid LCSW license in good standing in New Mexico • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of creating effective, personalized treatment plans • Skill in conducting thorough supervision and mentoring • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus
