📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Complete client care for approximately 30 hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Partner with clients to achieve goals • Use comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Work with patients diagnosed with mental health and/or substance abuse conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week • Required current licensure/credential, including LMSW or an applicable clinical license
