📋 Description

• Coordinate and implement appropriate treatment methods for patients in the behavioral health program • Greet patients and introduce self • Verify patient information, medical history, medications, and visit purpose • Conduct pre-surgical evaluations and diagnoses for surgical implant procedures • Provide assessment, diagnosis, individual therapy, routine counseling, crisis interventions, and suicide risk assessments • Monitor intervention effectiveness • Provide referrals for services as needed • Develop content for patient education and counseling programs • Document patient information in EMR/EHR charts • Safeguard medical records and maintain patient confidentiality • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment • Coordinate with clinical staff and other staff members in providing patient services • Coordinate with Department Directors to establish protocols and maintain program initiatives and integrity • Operate standard office equipment • Adhere to Advanced Pain Care policies, procedures, and applicable requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work • License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required • Minimum of one or more years of experience preferred • Clear and precise written and oral communication • Knowledge of medical terminology • Ability to organize and prioritize work • Tactful public interaction skills • Safety practices • Ability to protect patient information and maintain confidentiality • Ability to work a typical 8:00–5:00 Monday–Friday schedule • Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods • Ability to bend, stoop, and stretch • Ability to lift and move boxes and other items weighing up to 30 pounds • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment
