📋 Description

• Coordinate and implement appropriate treatment methods for patients in the behavioral health program • Greet patients and introduce self while presenting a professional, customer-focused image • Verify patient information, medical history, medications, and visit purpose • Conduct pre-surgical evaluations and diagnosis for surgical implant procedures as required • Provide assessment, diagnosis, individual therapy, routine counseling, crisis interventions, and suicide risk assessments • Monitor intervention effectiveness • Provide referrals for services as needed • Develop and maintain patient education and counseling program content • Document patient information appropriately in EMR/EHR charts • Secure patient information and safeguard medical records and confidentiality • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment and comply with legal regulations • Coordinate with clinical staff and other staff members in providing patient services • Report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer and collaborate with Department Directors to establish protocols and maintain program initiatives and integrity • Work indirectly under physicians and mid-level providers • Operate standard office equipment • Adhere to Advanced Pain Care policies, procedures, and professional standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work • License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required • Minimum of one or more years of experience preferred • Clear and precise written and oral communication • Knowledge of medical terminology • Ability to organize and prioritize daily work • Tactful public interaction skills • Safety practices • Ability to protect patient information and maintain confidentiality • Ability to work Monday–Friday, typically 8:00–5:00 • Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods • Ability to bend, stoop, and stretch • Ability to lift and move boxes and other items weighing up to 30 pounds • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment
