📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric evaluations to Medicaid patients • Manage medications and prescribe psychotropic medications • Provide ongoing psychiatric care through telehealth • Focus on care while the company handles scheduling, billing, insurance, and credentialing • Collaborate with therapists and other providers in multidisciplinary care teams • Manage psychiatric conditions across diverse populations • Develop patient-centered medication management and treatment plans • Support equity in mental health access for Medicaid populations

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in Michigan • National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) • Prescriptive authority • Active DEA registration • Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications, under supervision or independently • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Strong clinical judgment in managing psychiatric conditions across diverse populations • Patient-centered approach to medication management and treatment planning • Experience collaborating with therapists and other providers in a multidisciplinary care team • Commitment to equity in mental health access for Medicaid populations • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Current location in Michigan
