📋 Description

• Receive, assess, and manage client requests while ensuring alignment with the product strategy • Advise clients throughout the client relationship • Rapidly prototype product ideas using generative AI tools before development • Use AI on a daily basis to generate functional code, write specifications, create mockups, and automate tasks • Provide strategic advice to clients on digital transformation and AI • Assess client maturity, map their ecosystem, and deliver a prioritized transformation roadmap • Organize and facilitate workshops with clients and the team • Conduct interviews and synthesize findings into presentations for decision-makers • Establish measurable objectives, analyze data and KPIs, and provide feedback to the team • Manage project budgets and timelines, making appropriate decisions when impacts arise • Manage and prioritize the product and design backlog with the team lead, including writing epics and user stories • Oversee and actively participate in the quality assurance process • Manage the product lifecycle from design through delivery and maintenance • Ensure alignment between deliverables and the product vision • Report to the Director of Product

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in project management and/or digital product management • Relevant experience in software development • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines • Familiarity with Scrum methodology and agile practices • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Harvest, and Forecast • Excellent communication skills • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written • Active use of AI in the workplace • Comfortable with vibe coding and directing an AI development agent to rapidly produce functional prototypes • Sufficient understanding of AI-generated code to validate its quality • Knowledge of basic UX/UI design concepts and Figma • Expertise in digital strategy and data analytics — a major asset • Knowledge of retail, loyalty programs, marketing strategies, and gamification — a major asset • Interest in transactional applications and customer experience in a retail context — a major asset
