📋 Description

• Ensure the success and stability of foster placements by supporting youth and caregivers • Increase visibility and awareness of the foster care program • Assist with administrative tasks • Engage in marketing and outreach efforts • Enhance the program’s social media presence • Conduct home visits • Provide case management and support to foster families • Coordinate services • Manage documentation and compliance tasks • Collaborate with internal staff and community partners • Develop content or materials for outreach • Engage with the community to recruit and support new foster homes • Provide emergency or urgent support for foster families through the on-call weekend rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in • Bachelor’s Degree in social work or relate field • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Meets designation as a Qualified Professional in SC • Must pass a drug screening test • Extensive background check is required • Ability to work primarily with Clients in Greenville, SC • Some evenings or weekends may be required based on family needs, events, or outreach opportunities • Participation in an on-call weekend rotation for 24/7 support and coverage
