📋 Description

• Act as subject matter expert and lead on the most complex contracting and relationship processes for major federal and high-value clients, including the Administrative Office of the Courts, Department of Justice, IRS/Treasury, Department of Homeland Security, and New York Courts. • Contribute to the success of an assigned book of business by driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth. • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with federal regulations and customer requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracting strategies (cooperative agreements, MSAs). • Work cross functionally with the procurement team to advise on their overall process and strategic deals. • Communicate with General Counsel and cross-functional teams on AI requirements as they continue to evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree preferred. • Extensive experience in complex contracting, with a strong understanding of government procurement processes. • Proven track record in high-value contracts and customer relationships. • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong partnerships with customers and with internal partners. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach. • Experience with AI/Legal Tech industries is a plus.
