📋 Description

• Serve as senior executive advisor for a portfolio of strategic law firm accounts • Engage Managing Partners, CIOs, CKOs, and COOs on AI strategy, transformation roadmaps, and operating model design • Build peer-level relationships with firm leadership and influence strategic technology decisions • Partner with Account Executives across the sales and relationship lifecycle from pre-sale and close through post-sale • Develop and deliver informed perspectives on how AI is reshaping law firm economics and operating models • Maintain dotted-line relationships with the Product Organization to understand product roadmaps, feature development, and launches • Articulate product capabilities and developments to customers • Surface executive-level insights to Thomson Reuters product and business leadership • Represent Thomson Reuters at senior legal industry forums, client roundtables, and executive events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of innovation experience • Meaningful experience inside a law firm environment that mirrors the clients served • Practical understanding of law firm partnership structures, partner adoption, governance decisions, and technology change efforts • Executive communication skills with skeptical partners and in structured committee presentations • Ability to collaborate with CSMs, Practical Law Editors, AI Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Professional Services • Preferred: senior technology, innovation, or transformation leadership experience inside a major law firm, such as Director or Senior Director of Legal Technology, Innovation, or Knowledge Management at an AmLaw 200 or equivalent global firm • Preferred: grounded understanding of how AI changes legal staffing, pricing, client delivery, and competitive positioning • Preferred: fluency in the legal technology landscape, including Westlaw, CoCounsel, and Practical Law • Ability to operate credibly with firm leadership without a commercial agenda • No quota-carrying responsibility
