📋 Description

• Serve as a functional subject matter expert across Workday Human Capital Management modules • Support client engagements by providing deep product knowledge and guidance • Maintain current knowledge of Workday HCM enhancements, product updates, and leading practices • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with Three Link’s standardized deployment approach

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in a consulting, implementation, or functional capacity • 2+ years of experience supporting Healthcare or Nonprofit customers • Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM modules (ie.Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Optimization, Talent Management, Learning, Help, Peakon, and PEX) • Active Workday certification in HCM module • Experience working within a Workday Services Partner environment • Background in HR operations, HR technology, or enterprise software consulting • Experience communicating complex system functionality to business stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
