📋 Description

• Complete pricing requests and negotiate interest rates where required, escalating pricing based on client strengths • Prepare loan switches and variations accurately as instructed by the broker and client • Support client loan reviews • Maintain the client database and broking systems • Manage gift cards and the referral program • Complete cross-training during the lean season • Generate and prepare compliance and application paperwork • Download, rename, organize, and verify supporting documents • Identify gaps in supporting documentation and assessment roadblocks • Transfer information into the Fact Find and Client Assessment • Enter borrower, guarantor, and business information into aggregator software and ApplyOnline • Cross-reference documentation with lender checklists and ApplyOnline • Quality-check work and resolve ApplyOnline validation errors • Merge signed documents and upload the final supporting document pack • Order and follow up property valuations through lender systems such as Valex and CoreLogic • Enter owner, borrower, and property details accurately for valuation requests • Save valuation reports, enter key information into client assessments, and notify the broker • Complete lender application and discharge forms using PDF software • Request credit-check consent via DocuSign and order credit reports • Order company information through ASIC • Support the settlements process • Complete other project work as required by SF Capital

🎯 Requirements

• Part-time position • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, with at least one backup device • Noise-cancelling headset for interviews and client meetings • Stable internet connection (at least 100 mbps) with a backup connection • Ability to complete complex pricing scenarios for loan reviews and origination • Ability to draft recommendations to clients • Ability to email and reply to clients without second checking • Ability to call banks and non-bank lenders to make queries, follow up and escalate statuses • Ability to operate Broker Engine and other tools • Ability to make suggestions to improve processes and client experience
