📋 Description

• Conduct recurring meetings with clients subscribed to security services • Share security performance insights and discuss operational concerns • Review client security tool dashboards and portals and provide walkthroughs • Develop customized reports with internal teams to analyze client security operations • Develop and implement client quality improvement plans with Security Operations leadership • Recommend operational improvements based on client feedback and data analysis • Attend internal and external onboarding meetings representing Security Operations • Consult with project management, Deployment, and Security Operations teams to support successful security-solution onboarding • Identify feedback trends to enhance client experiences • Follow up with clients after CSAT survey feedback • Relay customer feedback and suggestions to Security Operations leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Basic understanding of network protocols, operating systems, application layer protocols, and security best practices • Basic familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and foundational cybersecurity concepts • Understanding of cybersecurity threats • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Strong desire for continuous improvement • Analysis and problem-solving skills
