📋 Description

• Provide customer support via chat, phone, text, and email channels • Address member questions and concerns, including shipping inquiries, damaged orders, website/app troubleshooting, account updates, and cancellation requests • Educate shoppers on Thrive Market membership benefits to encourage retention • Become a subject matter expert on products and supported dietary values to identify cross-sell opportunities and improve average order value • Collect and record customer insights through the CRM platform • Read Slack communications and attend team meetings and training sessions • Engage in 1:1 conversations with the team lead to review performance, discuss best practices, and receive guidance • Work at a desk with a laptop, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and headset • Adhere to designated break and lunch times

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for health and wellness and belief in Thrive Market's mission • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to assist members across all channels for an 8-hour workday • Proficiency in Google Apps (Calendar, Mail, etc.) • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools • Employment with Thrive Market requires employees to be based in the United States throughout employment • Call center experience is helpful, but not required
