📋 Description

• Develop concepts and designs for traditional and digital brand touchpoints, including direct mail, print collateral, social media, digital advertising, email, and event and environmental graphics • Build trusted relationships with business partners and recommend appropriate communication methods and styles for target audiences • Collaborate with Creative team members to satisfy project needs and meet deadlines • Serve as brand steward by educating business partners on guidelines and applying brand standards • Maintain design skills and knowledge of current trends and production techniques • Provide design rationale to team leadership and business partners • Revise designs based on business partner and team feedback • Balance creative thinking and business partner expectations to communicate ideas meeting project objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred • 3–5 years of experience in graphic arts • Significant experience in layout, photography, illustration, and designing for digital experiences • Thorough knowledge of and experience in producing advertising, marketing, and promotional materials • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously • Thorough knowledge of visual design principles • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry preferred • Proficiency in Figma preferred • Ability to manage input from multiple stakeholders preferred • Excellent organizational skills, including familiarity with project management platforms, preferred
