📋 Description

• Define long-term product vision, strategy, roadmap, adoption, and measurable outcomes for engineering productivity platforms • Develop product strategy through analysis of personas, use cases, customer benefits, and solution value propositions • Manage and prioritize product roadmaps and releases across multiple products • Ensure product teams understand required business outcomes and connect them to broader business goals • Identify and track KPIs and performance metrics to monitor product health and drive measurable improvements • Coach product teams and stakeholders to address gaps and deliver improvements • Prioritize and sequence roadmap outcomes within capacity constraints to maximize customer value • Engage customers and users to uncover needs, develop product hypotheses, and test and refine solutions • Collaborate across product teams to develop and roll out operational plans • Research industry best practices and trends • Recruit, develop, and sustain a high-performing team • Promote shared accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and partnership • Model Thrivent’s leadership competencies and uphold its purpose, promise, values, trust, and reputation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of relevant business experience, including in a product manager, product owner, or similar role • Understanding of iterative development fundamentals and software development processes and procedures • Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design • High level of organization and attention to detail • Passion for and understanding of new technology and trends • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills across all organizational levels • Strong facilitation and executive communications skills • Certified Product Manager or similar certification preferred • Prior supervisory experience preferred • Strong ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities preferred • Experience developing and delivering product strategy using value, outcomes, metrics, and measurements preferred • Expertise with product management tools, techniques, and principles across discovery, design, build, release, and measure cycles preferred • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams preferred • Demonstrated experience with user interface design and usability best practices preferred • Experience working in large, complex organizational initiatives preferred • Advanced MS Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, preferred • Financial management skills to administer budgets across multiple products and ensure return on investment preferred
