📋 Description

• Define the long-term product roadmap as part of a broader business strategy • Develop product strategy through analysis of personas, use cases, customer benefits, and solution value propositions • Ensure business strategies are executed through product roadmaps • Lead collaboration to manage and prioritize roadmaps and releases across multiple products • Resolve conflicts constructively • Ensure product teams understand required business outcomes and connect them to broader business objectives • Identify and track KPIs and performance metrics to monitor product health and drive measurable improvements • Facilitate conversations and coach product teams and stakeholders on delivery gaps and improvements • Ensure roadmap outcomes fit capacity constraints and are prioritized to maximize customer value • Engage customers and users to uncover needs and translate insights into tested product hypotheses • Collaborate across product teams to develop and roll out operational plans • Research industry best practices and trends • Recruit, develop, and sustain a high-performing team • Promote shared accountability, operational excellence, and organizational partnership • Model Thrivent leadership competencies and support continuous improvement, employee engagement, and commitment to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of relevant business experience, including in a product manager, product owner, or similar role • Understanding of iterative development fundamentals and software development processes and procedures • Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design • High level of organization and attention to detail • Passion for and understanding of new technology and trends • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills across all organizational levels • Strong facilitation and executive communications skills • Preferred: Certified Product Manager or similar certification • Preferred: Prior supervisory experience • Preferred: Ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities • Preferred: Experience developing and delivering product strategy using value, outcomes, metrics, and measurements • Preferred: Expertise across the product discovery, design, build, release, and measure cycle • Preferred: Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams • Preferred: Experience with user interface design and usability best practices • Preferred: Experience working in large, complex organizational initiatives • Preferred: Advanced MS Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Preferred: Financial management skills for administering budgets across multiple products and ensuring return on investment
