📋 Description
• Provision of clinical supervision to Resident Talk Therapists • Provide weekly and individual supervision to resident clinicians • Be available for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly • Provide documentation oversight and coaching on professional development • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) in Oregon • Must have held active LCSW license for at least 2 years • Must have at least 15 hours of training in supervision methods • Must complete 6 hours of supervision-specific CE every 5 years • Must have passed the Oregon Laws and Rules Exam within the previous 5 years • Must be competent in clinical areas and populations served • No dual or conflicting relationship with the CSWA
