📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians • Provide weekly group supervision • Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours • Maintain a clinical caseload of clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week • Provide documentation oversight • Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development • Complete weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions • Complete coaching documentation regarding disciplinary or performance concerns • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues • Provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions with patients in South Carolina • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions with patients

🎯 Requirements

• Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the specified location with LISW-CP license type • Must reside permanently within the state of South Carolina • Independently licensed and living in South Carolina — LISW-CP • Consistently available to clients • Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children • Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress • Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools • Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) • Successfully passed an examination prescribed by the board • Minimum of 4,500 hours of clinical practice earned over not less than three years beyond receipt of a LISW-CP • 45 academic contact hours or 45 continuing education contact hours in supervision • Willing to maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
