📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians • Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours, equating to at least 7 supervisor hours per week depending on caseload • Provide telehealth and available face-to-face clinical sessions with California patients • Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability weekly • Provide documentation oversight • Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development • Complete weekly documentation evidencing supervision sessions • Complete coaching documentation for disciplinary or performance concerns • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues • Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients • Use telehealth and EHR tools in clinical practice

🎯 Requirements

• Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the location with LPCC and LCSW license • Must reside permanently within California • Independently licensed and living in California — LPCC & LCSW • Minimum availability of 25 client sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly • Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools • LPCC supervisor must have held an active, unrestricted California LPCC for at least two years within the five-year period immediately preceding supervision • LPCC supervisor must be competent in the supervised clinical practice areas and informed about California law governing marriage and family therapy • LPCC supervisor must have sufficient supervision experience, training, and education and complete required supervision training/coursework under Section 1834 • LCSW supervisor must have held an active, unrestricted California LCSW for at least two years within the five-year period immediately preceding supervision • LCSW supervisor must have practiced psychotherapy, provided qualifying psychological counseling, or provided direct clinical supervision for at least two years within the preceding five-year period • LCSW supervisor must have received supervision training specified by California regulations • Willingness to maintain at least 10 hours of clinical availability per week • Legally authorized to work in the United States at hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
