📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations through ongoing telemedicine • Provide care to a diverse population with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more • Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed • Create and collaborate with clients on care plans • Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools • Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines • Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services • Treat clients aged 14 and up, primarily adults and adolescents

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required • Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state • Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus • One year of psychiatry practice required • Clinicians need to be licensed and living in Maryland • Part-time requires 15 hours of availability per week in the evenings or on weekends • Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up • Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
