📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients through ongoing telemedicine • Provide care to diverse clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions • Prescribe medication as needed to reduce mental health symptoms • Create and collaborate with clients on care plans • Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools • Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines • Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff about clients, programs, and services • Accept and treat ADHD clients through the ADHD Clinic • Provide telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; board certification required • Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state • 1 year of psychiatry practice required • Clinicians must be licensed and living in Indiana, the state in which they will be practicing • Willingness to treat clients age 14 and up • Part-time requires 15 hours of availability per week in the evenings or on weekends • Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam • Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus • Three years of experience is a plus • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future
