📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients through ongoing telemedicine • Treat clients aged 14 and older • Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed • Create and collaborate with clients on care plans • Complete or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools • Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines • Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services • Provide care for clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions • Participate in the ADHD Clinic and accept and treat ADHD clients • Refer clients to in-person providers when symptoms are too severe for telemedicine-only treatment

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner • Board certification required • At least 3,600 clinical practice hours completed under supervision • Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state required • One year of psychiatry practice required • Must be licensed and live in the state in which practicing • Availability of 15–20 hours per week for part-time work • Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and older • Completion of in-house training and exam on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship • Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus • Three years of experience is a plus
