📋 Description

• Lead and manage the operations of our Long Term Recovery Program team including programs for CDBG-DR • Develop, influence and implement a broad Long Term Recovery (including a CDBG-DR) market strategy • Help grow the Response & Recovery planning, design, grants management, and consulting practice • Support the breadth of Tidal Basin’s Long Term Recovery related projects by providing expertise and guidance • Attract and secure new Long Term Recovery clients and build the opportunity pipeline alongside SLC leadership • Build relationships with senior leaders at Federal, State, Local, Territorial, Tribal and commercial entities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, Planning, Engineering/Architecture, Environmental, Finance or related degree • 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience delivering FGM and Housing-related projects and programs at the Federal, State, Local, Tribal or Territorial Levels • Licensure in Field of Study (i.e. CEM, AICP, PE, AIA, CPA) • Project Management Professional (PMP) • Experience leading diverse technical and geographic teams
