📋 Description

• Coordinate monthly collection of portfolio, financial, and reference data for 300+ funds • Validate, reconcile, and analyze data before regulatory submission • Identify and resolve data discrepancies with advisers, fund accountants, custodians, and data vendors • Ingest and format data in standardized templates for Forms N-PORT and N-CEN • Prepare and/or review Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, 24f-2, N-PX, and N-CSR • Support new fund launches through operational setup, vendor coordination, and documentation review • Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews • Contribute to improvements in operational processes and internal controls • Provide guidance and training to junior administrators • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Client Services • Coordinate with administrators, fund accountants, custodians, auditors, and legal counsel • Report to the Trust Administration / Regulatory Reporting Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in fund administration, ETF operations, regulatory reporting, or related financial services roles • Direct experience preparing or supporting SEC regulatory filings for registered funds, including N-PORT and N-CEN, required • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • MBA desirable • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and large dataset management • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict regulatory deadlines in a high-volume environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external service providers
