📋 Description

• Own meaningful surfaces of cash products, from problem framing through experiment design, launch, and readout. • A steady cadence of experiments: define hypotheses, instrumentation, and interpret results. • Manage trade-offs between business outcomes and user experience. • Clear communication of progress and decisions to stakeholders. • Coordination with various departments on product changes, including regulatory reviews and operational readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical foundation; fluent in data and experienced with dashboards and SQL • Self-direction: able to drive loosely defined problems • Builder's background: former engineer preferred • Strong communication: clear, concise, direct • Drive and velocity: quick movement and ownership of outcomes • Growing user instincts: caring about user experience • Comfort in regulated environments: partnership with Compliance, Legal, Design, Credit and Support required • Consumer product experience is a plus.
