• Provide therapy and support to students using the TimelyCare platform • Identify client needs, collaborate on treatment goals, develop treatment plans, and guide clients to appropriate TimelyCare services • Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant documentation using TimelyCare’s electronic health record • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session • Communicate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to support care continuation • Adhere to documentation quality standards and code of ethics • Use active listening and evidence-based modalities to build rapport, establish boundaries, and support client care • Submit punctual documentation in the TimelyCare platform • Respond empathetically and professionally, including during high-stress scenarios • Provide sessions expected to last 45–50 minutes, with remaining time for documentation within a 60-minute total session
• Must be clinically licensed in Massachusetts • Required: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) • Active state license in Massachusetts • Valid U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship unavailable • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety/treatment planning • Background serving young adults, adolescents, or at-risk populations, and/or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or college counseling • Ability to use active listening and evidence-based modalities including SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT • Ability to establish treatment goals, boundaries, and rapport • Ability to adapt to changing population needs and remain composed in high-stress scenarios • Ability to respond with empathy and professionalism • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) • Additional state licensures are a plus
