📋 Description

• Provide synchronous/asynchronous clinical evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients in states of licensure • Prescribe appropriate medication(s), if indicated • Document encounters appropriately in the EHR platform • Work under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Medical Services • Complete credentialing, onboarding, and training programs • Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace and comply with HIPAA, compliance standards, and company policies/procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) • 30+ state licenses required; 40+ state licenses preferred • Nursing Compact License • Individual NPI number • Active Prescriptive Authority to Prescribe Medications • Strong communication and diagnostic skills • Independent practice authority in California preferred • Ability to provide care in states of licensure • Valid U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available • Approved home internet speed • Secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace free from distractions • Successful completion of credentialing, onboarding, and training programs • Adherence to HIPAA, compliance standards, and all policies/procedures
