📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations with clients • Collaboratively develop treatment plans involving medication, therapy, or both • Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess intervention efficacy and ongoing care • Continue follow-up until treatment goals are achieved • Provide various modalities of talk therapy, including combined medication and therapy appointments • Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in New Hampshire • Build a personal schedule within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active New Hampshire Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC Board Certification • Active New Hampshire DEA Certification • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong assessment skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centric work ethic • Own computer • Quiet, professional space for tele-psychiatry appointments • Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week • Availability to work within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week • Weekend availability
