📋 Description

• Perform routine and complex design of steel piles and steel connections • Perform routine and complex design of cast-in-place concrete slabs • Assist with development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets • Assist with management of projects and tasks • Assist with marketing and proposal development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required • 2+ years of solar structure design experience required • PE License is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in structural design software packages, specifically LPile, Mathcad, and Excel • Proficiency in AutoCAD for plan development • Proficiency with Excel/AutoCAD interoperability to create pile plot plans is a plus • Understanding of general renewable energy nomenclature • Ability to work at a dynamic pace as a high-energy, creative, flexible, patient self-starter • Commitment to the company's Vision, Mission, and Shared Values
