📋 Description

• Prepare job aids and daily step review templates for Quality Assurance Department. • Prepare audit templates and job aids for Quality Control staff. • Train and manage team of Quality Assurance specialists. • Train and manage team of Quality Control specialists. • Measure departmental performance and identify areas of improvement. • Analyze preliminary audit findings and prepare comprehensive audit reports. • Track operational remedial efforts to completion and ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working for a default firm is recommended but not required. • Experience managing multiple direct reports. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change. • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
