📋 Description
• Oversee the strategy, operations, and advancement of the university’s Identity Governance Administration program • Lead a team of technical professionals managing NYU’s identity lifecycle processes and access governance practices • Ensure that identity governance supports secure, efficient, and compliant access to NYU systems • Contribute to university‑wide technology initiatives and strengthen NYU’s overall security posture • Ensure that identity processes align with institutional goals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field • 7+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience designing and implementing complex systems • Knowledge of Internet technologies, applications, database services, programming languages and operating systems • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide technical teams and influence decision‑making • Expertise in identity governance, access management, and information security principles • Significant experience managing or leading Identity and Access Management programs • Hands‑on experience with SailPoint or comparable identity governance platforms • Proven background in quality assurance and testing methodologies • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting enterprise‑level technology initiatives
