📋 Description

• Develop functional testing scenarios and detailed functional test cases • Build, lead, and deliver test plans, estimates, strategy, and hands-on testing in Salesforce and integrated systems • Manage project deadlines, time, and schedule in a fast-paced federal environment • Review and generate complex test plans • Generate test case data, build procedures, and create testing scripts based on functional specifications • Execute and coordinate tests • Log, validate, debug, and document defects • Maintain DSTRs • Define level of effort for building test cases • Assist test lead/manager with functional testing approaches, tools, automation, and documentation • Interact with federal and contractor functional leads to clarify requirements and scenarios • Assist federal and contractor resources with User Acceptance Testing • Respond to developers' questions regarding test results, bugs, and defects • Communicate frequently with customers and team members, facilitate discussions, and exercise professional judgment

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of IT industry experience (required) • Hands-on experience with testing and overseeing the testing of Salesforce-based systems (required) • Experience with Agile methodology • Ability to read and understand functional and technical architecture design documents and analyze test requirements • Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and analytical skills • Experience testing Java, .Net, Web, SOA, and ETL-based applications • Some level of Java development experience • Ability to prepare test data for various test cases/scenarios • Exposure to Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile SDLC models • Strong skills in SQL, Oracle, and MS-Access • Intermediate understanding and experience with Unix and Windows • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study • Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
