📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the software development lifecycle from planning through release and post-launch operations • Drive predictable, high-quality delivery through engineering standards, delivery processes, and operational excellence • Monitor and improve engineering effectiveness metrics, including DORA and delivery performance indicators • Partner with Product and Design leaders to align planning, prioritization, and execution across teams • Establish and maintain engineering operating standards, working agreements, and delivery best practices • Ensure code quality, documentation, and development processes support long-term scalability and reliability • Lead the rollout, adoption, and governance of AI-powered engineering tools and workflows • Manage engineering tooling, vendor relationships, and department budgets • Communicate engineering performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of progressive software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership • Demonstrated experience leading engineering operations, software delivery, and development lifecycle improvements at scale • Experience managing engineering managers, technical leads, or high-performing engineering teams • Strong understanding of cloud-native software environments, modern development practices, and engineering delivery metrics • Experience establishing engineering standards, operating processes, and performance frameworks • Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management considerations within SaaS environments • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills • Must be fluent in English.
